Chris Hamblin Chris is a
fiddle player with a driving traditional style, and has featured as
soloist in
Celtic Music Festivals throughout Italy, Switzerland, Spain and
Zimbabwe. His pibroch
features on the Miriana recording with Gruppo Folkloriquo Whisky Trail
from
Firenze. Chris has created scores and live performances for
contemporary and
traditional dance events through Twin Arts Limited. Ian GrahamIan plays the Tin Whistle & the Irish Pipes (Uillean Pipes) and hails from the Wirral, he is well known as a piper playing in sessions in North Kent and as a member of Headcorn Morris. Charlie GaskCharlie’s bodhran
playing has provided the subtle, steady rhythm behind many musicians
over the
years, appearing on numerous CD recordings. A founder member of
Hastings
session band known as the Stag Band, he has also played with Brian
Boru, Temple
Bar and Waxus. Irish Tunes
Sessions Members of FP&D can be heard playing in the regular Irish Tunes Sessions on the First & Third Tuesday of each month at the The Albion Hastings, from 8.30pm
